✨ A routine app for kids

Routines kids want to finish.

Routine guides kids through mornings and bedtimes one step at a time. Quick steps earn stars, every step uncovers a puzzle, and finishing unlocks play time.

How it works

Less nagging. More “I did it!”

Routine turns the list of things to do into a game your kids play on their own.

One step at a time

Just the next thing to do

No checklist to wander away from. Routine shows one step, big and clear, with one big Next button. A friendly voice reads each step aloud, so kids who aren't reading yet can follow along too.

  • Stuck on a step? Skip ahead and come back to it.
  • Tapped Next too soon? “Oops! Go back.”
  • Need a break? A grown-up can pause the routine.

Stars for speed

Quick steps earn more stars

Every step is worth up to three stars. A bar shows the time left to earn all three, and the voice gives a heads-up before a star slips away. Slow steps still earn a star, because done is always better than not done.

A picture to uncover

Every step uncovers a puzzle

Finishing a step lifts a few pieces off a jigsaw. Underneath is your kid's own avatar, in a new scene every time, and the last step reveals the whole picture.

  1. A puzzle with every piece still in place.Step 1
  2. The puzzle with some pieces gone: a girl's smiling face is showing through.Step 3
  3. Most pieces gone: a girl in a pink dress is cheering in space.Step 5
  4. The finished picture: the girl's avatar jumping for joy on a purple planet. All done! 🎉
The reward

Finishing unlocks play time

A couple of minutes to spend stars and dress up their avatar. There are more than 70 prizes to collect: hats, glasses, scarves, tops, outfits and costumes, shoes, and 20 pets.

  • Stars carry over, so saving up for the unicorn is a real plan.
  • Outfits stay on, and show up in the next puzzle.
Play time: the avatar in a sun hat and heart glasses with a pet kitten, above a shop of pets with star prices.
For grown-ups

You set it up. They take it from there.

Everything that matters is yours to change, and it's all behind a grown-up PIN.

“Who's doing a routine?” with two kids to pick from, each with their own avatar and stars.

One device, every kid

Kids pick themselves on a shared tablet. Each one has their own avatar, stars and prizes.

Your routines, your way

Start from ready-made Morning and Bedtime routines, or build your own: the steps, an emoji for each, and how long it should take.

Locked behind your PIN

Routines, prizes and settings are behind a 4-digit PIN, and so are pausing or leaving a routine.

You set the pace

Choose how many times a day each routine can be done, whether it earns play time, and how long play time lasts.

You run the shop

Set what each prize costs, add or take away stars, and let a kid do a routine again today.

Works offline

Everything runs on the device, so a patchy Wi-Fi connection never holds up the morning.

Coming soon

Routine is nearly ready. It's coming to the App Store and Google Play soon.
